Megan is a consultant, primarily working on how humans work together for shared purposes. Megan was most recently a core team member at iMatter Youth, where she facilitated the formation of a purpose-driven, self-organizing team structure. She is currently recovering from having to close the doors on the last iteration of iMatter at the end of this past summer, and ruminating on how she believes change can happen in the world.

In this episode, Megan and I discuss the non-profit world and some of its failures, mental health, and the youth climate movement.

“I’m inspired by folks who take themselves on. People who shine light on the darkest, most painful part of their lives; who do the scary work of healing themselves so they can bring their magic to healing the world.” -Megan Sheridan.
